For a VE or a RR those pressures are probably in spec, even higher at cold idle (i've seen a VE peg a 100psi oil gauge before, as well as a GTI-R), the OP was asking about a DE High port which has a far less capable pump and the service manual spec for warm idle pressure is way under 20psi.
I'm not saying that's a bad thing to have more pressure at idle, likely due to the weight of the oil perhaps, i've never really done any testing or anything like that, but i just stated the 'normal' spec.
