Thread: 200sx with a GA16

sorry if im posting this thread in the wrong place so please forgive me..

well im new to this site, but im not new to the nissan game, i had a 99 GXE sentra auto (stock) and then i had a G20T with a GTi-R swap and now im back in the nissan game after selling my 1G eclipse GS-T and i recently pick up a 95 200SX SE with a GA16DE in it and i want to do something different instead a SR20 swap..

i want to know what can be done to the GA16DE, cause im thinking of turbo charging the motor and i want to know what parts are recommend for them, so please let me know

Limited support. I am pretty sure JP made 328whp with a ga16. IIRC, it was a t28 @ 26 or so psi with meth injection. Its been a while so my memory is fuzzy. Its a pretty stout motor but I don't know if I would spend the cash.

manifolds are compatible with the 1.8 sentras (b15)

look for wes's car, nicest ga16 ever.

I have a 100shot wet on my ga. Pretty strong motor, n/a will yeild low results. Go boost or juice or both.

i beat the piss outta mine..full intake and full exhaust..sees redline in 1st and 2nd consecutively on a regular basis..very stout and reliable..

great MPGs too..

JP has an SR20 powered B15. I believe you are thinking of wes, who has a 200sx with a Ga16.

well for now, im just going to do a basic upgrades with full intake and exhaust, later i'm going to turbo charge it
