Nice. I'm really curious to what the weight of a B14 with a VQ swap is. My b14 weighed in at 2698lbs with me in the car (175lbs) and a half tank of fuel. Car has full interior, sunroof, has AC/PS, no spare/tools, and a DE with bolt-ons

Surprisingly, as far as the motor goes, it's not actually much heavier. The VQ35DE weighs about 314lbs, the SR20DE weighs about 296lbs, an SR20DET about 306lbs. I'm not sure about the transmission differences though.

Any update on when you will have mounts available? I started the swap and don't really want to custom make anything would rather much buy the mounts that are already proven to work. Pm info if you can please thank you

This thread needs major updates. It is so hard to read what is going on here as the OP keeps quoting and re-quoting himself, and it's hard to read what is he trying to say.

We need better pictures of everything, mounts, axles, shifter setup. Not just engine bay topside pics. Pics of everything from in/out, top/bottom, left/right, etc.....

The lack of quality posts in this thread keeps me from pulling the trigger on this.
