i think the fact that your auto pretty much covers everything. and the uprev tune. has nothing to do with the parts. just tuning, and tunability.

i own a VQ35 and a VE-T, and if i had to choose id go with VQ .. I'd rather have more useable power than max HP

yeah auto is the limiting factor, like you said. Chassis is the downfall. Uprev is the best thing on the market besides standalones for tuning abililty right now.

@rymc, i do miss the torque the vq has compared to the sentra when it isnt in boost lol. Its nice to pas somebody on the highway and barely push on the gas and go from 65-80 very easily and quickly without having to downshift

Looking forward to this kit. One day when I'm tired of my SR20 this will be the way to go.

BUT tell me, we only get the Murano FWD VQ35DE over here. Will that motor work as well for this swap? What are the differences compared to the other VQ35's?

it should be the same as any other fwd vq, iirc they have the better intake manifolds on them in the later years.. The AWD ones will not work though obviously because of how they are mounted.

Is there any ready-swap VQ kit for b13/b14 available now ?
How much is the rsf6 series tranny ?

For those that are doing this swap, Im in the process of working with DSS to develop new or modify existing b13/b14 hubs to accept the b15 6 speed axles and vq swap axles (both the same spline). I will keep you in the loop on the progress of them. I believe the way its going to happen is to send in a set of b13/b14 hubs (just the hubs, no bearing or knuckles) and they will be drilled/bored and then resplined for the 27 spline 27.8mm axles. This will make doing these swaps a breeze. No need to swap knuckles and brake setups and so on.

Alright, the new hubs are in the works with DSS. Josh (unijabnx2000) is going to be dropping off a set of hubs and spec v axles to DSS hopefully Friday so they can see if modifying the stock hubs is possible (if they have the proper size tooling to press the larger splines) or if they will just design and make a new set of hubs with the proper splines.

Pricing is looking to be around 100.00 if the hubs are able to be resplined or 350.00 for a new set of hubs with the correct splines. Either or, its looking good so far and will be a great option for us.
