It's not easy on a hiport but can be done. I did it about 3 times now. A lowport is easier I think since it sits up higher. I used a 1/4 in ratchet with a 4 in extension and 1 of those flex joint things. There are 4 10mm bolts holding it on. If it's just a swap for a new 1 then remove bolts, clean gasket surface on plenum, put new gasket and IACV on, then bolt it down, plug it in then reset idle. Very very simple. Just a lil harder if it's on a highport because of tight spaces. But I did it on mine 3 times. You can also make a new gasket with a box cutter and gasket paper. You can buy that stuff at any auto parts store for +/- a dollar a foot
