I believe that is when it's deleted. EGR I think, but it's been awhile..

For a custom and economical method, check out my write up on the $74.00 Autozone cold air intake I created. Works well, here's the thread: http://www.sr20-forum.com/sentra-se-r/54538-62-00-autozone-semi-cold-air-intake-pic.html

With all these pics of engine bays, I meant to ask, does anyone still use header wrap? I found this on eBay randomly searching: 50MM*1.6MM*15M 50' HEADER EXHAUST DOWN PIPE INTAKE MANIFOLD WHITE HEAT WRAP ROLL | eBay

I thought I remember that stuff being controversial, some said it worked others said it could trap moisture and cause rust

What he said ^. It almost always works, unless you manage to wrap it improperly. I suppose you could say that the environment your car is driven in can determine how much moisture is exposed to the engine (or header) itself. but someone once told you may gain power and throttle response due to your the motor being able to scavenge exhaust gasses more efficiently.

Cool. It's fairly cheap, so I may pick up a set. What kind of bothers me is that after a few days of driving afterwards the nice chrome-finish on the eBay header starts to fade and change color, I wonder if this header wrap would delay that a bit. A lot of it is, well, sweat from my forehead dripping onto the header then the oils baking onto the surface while I'm working over the engine bay
