Thread: Throttle body upgrade

any body know of any bigger throttle bodys we can put on a DE

the N15 pulsar throttle body is 70mm

but u will need to do abit of fabrication work

1. machine out the inlet of the plenum to suit 70m

2. weld on new throttle body flange onto plenum

3. bolt on new throttle body

4. make new water outlets to right size for your hoses

5. make new bracket for throttle cable

might be slightly different depending on what car your fitting it to

this was done to a S15 SR20DET

Nice work you did with that tb bro. How much more hp we looking at if it was upgraded from a 60mm

02 induction still bores tb's

I wonder if RC Engineering still does them too?
