Who would be interested in a 4-1 header?
I have been talking with the same man who is bringing this goodie to the forum. RC000E will be able to make us up some custom 4-1 headers at a very affordable price if there is enough interest. A good 4-1 header can give gains of up to 10-20 HP over the best 4-2-1 header out there.
I will be able to get some accurate pricing once I see how many people would be interested with money ready to go. If we get this past the idea stage, I will be dyno testing the prototype on my build and will be able to give everyone a good indication of this headers performance compared to a 2.5" SSAC header.

I'll start the list
1. Robchaos
2. Keo
3. Classicaddict

Interested!

Priorities:
Fits A/C
Fits Koyo and slims
Not too ridiculously low (4 across merge instead of stacked 2 possibly?)
~$500? (Okay, maybe dreaming...)

rob put me on the list, whp and price depending.

they would have to be of equal quality, gains and cheaper in price then the other custom headers out their to sell. you know as well as of any of us, most of us sr20 guys arent spending big bucks ie 800-1000$ for a header.

stratton.

I could be wrong, but are 4-1 headers more helpful with top end power whereas 4-2-1 headers give more bottom end power?

Either way I'd probably be down for one is the cost is comparable to a SSAC

There ain't no way that a US custom low quantity hand made header will come in anywhere CLOSE to the SSAC. $500 would be a STEAL. Similar ones go for $1000+.

that is most people say/believe. but a properly designed 4-1 will make more power everywhere.
