What I think you fail to understand is that in order to achieve top end power, 99.9% of the time, you must sacrifice low and mid range torque.
To achieve that high a torque figure on an N/A SR20DE is just crazy!
If it isn't reading correctly at that RPM, what is there to say that it isn't reading incorrectly at other RPM points.
Get it to the strip and then we'll see if the figures add up or not.

i 100% hear what you sayin ol pal, you fail to understand that my car has x7speakers, A/C full electrics, PAS, x4 airbags the lot. its a daily driver, my one and only car and i dont do major stripping. thus joe *for example will alway have a quicker 1/4mile than me. this is the least of my worries as i never set out to build a time attack motor
looks like near as makes no difference 180lb-ft to me
