What I am saying is that if I had to do it all over again now, I would do it in a different way. Anyway - understand it the way it suits you best.

I went on the piper cam website. They are only lisiting non roller rocker cam options.

The Kent cams have a list for the Primera and the Almera. They don't clear up what years the cams are for and what valve train they are for.

Did all 2.0 Almeras come with the Roller Rocker motor?

all UK spec p11's and almera's came with the Roller Rocker motor

Never say "cant" or "never". I have personally seen RR with BC2 and S3H. They ran well and did not have issues. Maybe not optimal, but hey it CAN be done.

Eventually, the valvetrain would take a dump on itself. Sure it may work for a little, but it will not work for tens of thousands of miles.
