You and me...two vultures on the same "exhaust threads." Quiet, simple, and good flow characteristics. Is that too much to ask? Oh yeah...make it ten bucks. Shipped.
I absolutely have to replace my 17-year old OEM cat back. It is shot. I actually cannot put it off much longer. It does not sound like ass yet, but I bet I could punch a finger through a few spots on my muffler.

That it highly appealing.

Magnaflow 5" by 9" oval body muffler (with 2.5" tip)
On a USDM 91-94 B13 a 18"barrel/24"overall resonator with a stock length cat is suppose to be the longest you can fit under there.
2.5" VRS stainless steel piping kit.
2.5" magnaflow resonator barrel length 18"/overall 24"/round 6"
2.5" magnaflow highflow cat - NOT TEST PIPE.
60mm ApexiWS2 muffler.
ASP 4-2-1 (full merge) budget header.

it is not that loud.
I still don't see how yours is going to be quite, but quite can be different depending on the person..
One, is that an entirely bolt-on affair? Because that has a very strong appeal to me.
Two. The apparent differences are in the header and the muffler as you are both using Magnaflow and VRS piping for everything else (correct?). The header we can agree would have minimal effect on the exhaust note (assuming there is an exhaust), so is the main sound difference in the Apexi muffler?
