I would like 205/50/17 under my B13
Is it possible to fit 205/50/17 under a Nx2000 without hammering it?

Did someone try this? I have coilovers but no way of just testing a rim with same ET value nor a spare 205/50/17 tyre just to try for a couple of bucks.

Hmm, I realize now I better posted this in the Nx2000 forum.

I was wondering if multiple Nx owners (or does the B13 platform also give the exact same wheelspace?) pulled this off.

This because my Golf angel eyes plan and this one (I could use 4 new tyres) I see go kablooie bc I have to pass annual inspection in 6 weeks.

So maybe better get some 40's and that probably gonna take a few years to wear them off bc I don't drive that much

Just trying to save money and get the best of the best possible, which won't work

- I would not go bigger than 40 with a 17in wheel on a B13. I run 17's and 40 is very close to my perch, but you have coilovers so your clearance may be different.

when i even had 205/40/17 with a et 40 offset i HAD to run 5mm spacers in the back with kyb agx's

Even the 40's will be tight....matter of fact with my set up the rears went on fine...the fronts were rubbing against the stock struts and actually made a hole in them. I had to remove the rim and hammer both perches up a 1/4 inch to get enough clearance. I am not sure if you have to do this with with coilovers though. 50's for a tire size?...I would not even think about it.

Ok, that is enough info to not spend money on trying.
