2. I replaced it with new ones. Crank/AC pulley belt (#060390 from napa/gates) & WP/PS Pulley belt (#040335 from napa/gates)

thanks. I just got to clean that side of the motor.

Are those Water Pump Pulley belt sizes with:

A - OEM Water Pump Pulley
B - UR Water Pump Pulley
C - GSpec Water Pump Pulley

I do have his wp pulley, I tried putting it on, but I noticed it was rubbing against the block and hardly moved. So i decided not to put it on. But now I know. thanks for the tip. gregv should of said something about shaving the block for install.

Dang, thats tite. I have the bc stg.2 cams i lost some low end torque. After the crank pulley install I gained a lil more low end, plus mid, and high.

lmao definitely. I think my power steering is leaking or it was a leak from the old main seal or it could be grease from the axle.

Only the gspec wp pulley. But thats when I have time to shave the area for it to fit. I would like to install all the pullies though.

I shaved the block from underneath. it seemed easier for me, what i did was put the pulley on with one bolt, rotate it until it starts to stick, mark it with a marker, remove pulley and grind away. I used a dremel and it did not take very long. i think there is a little bump where it hits so you should see it once you are in there.

I had the GregV pulley installed and dyno'd and iirc it made around 5whp... but we also disconnected the a/c belt so who knows...maybe 1 or 2 at most.

From what i remember the crank was a little smaller and the WP was a lot bigger. My car runs very cool and the fans never have to kick in.
