May be that BC builds the cams to fit both .... Most of the OE RWD Nissan cams dont have the slot ...At least all of them I have seen ...

well these for sure have the slot.. so they should fit an fwd sr head. right?

My rwd hks 272 step 2's have the slot. It must just be the oem nissan s14 cams that dont.
