*Theoretical* speed calc for B13 SE-R, 5th gear, 185/60/14 tire, 7500 RPM:

Wheel Radius:
14" wheel/2 + (185mm width / 25.4 mm/in * 60 sidewall ratio / 100)
=11.37"

7500 Revolutions/Minute / 60 Sec/Minute / 0.756(5th gear ratio) / 4.176
(final drive ratio) * Tire Circumference(2 * Pi * Wheel radius, inches) /
12 inches/foot * 3600 seconds/hour / 5280 ft/mile
= 160.7 miles/hour

Of course it would take much more than stock hp to get there.

With the mods listed, is he talking about a 4-5 mile stretch of highway
down the side of a mountain?

Guy is either lieing or his gps is uh....not right. I've seen a picture of a guy with full bolt-ons on a b13 register 150 on his speedo which is really off. This guy would need to be either boosted or decently built ve. However, off a cliff he might be able to do it, depending on the terminal velocity of a b13.

when i run the 1/4 mile, my speedo is showing me 105 almost 110 an thats at the top of 3rd / beggining of 4th.. but when i go get my time slip it says 94-96mph.. i run stock se-r wheels an i believe i have 185 / 60 / 14 tires not sure if thats the stock size or not but my speedo is off for sure.. thats ok tho cause my tach is wrong too in the higher rpm range.. seems like the faster / higher rpm i go the more inaccuarte the speedo / tach are.. i dont have the balls to go all out on the streets.. i value my license.. maybe one day i can run a mile track or something.. heh

I highly doubt he went that fast. I hit 140 on flat ground with the set up in my signature. It took forever and it probably didnt have much left after that, idk i got nervous and let off. Shawn is right tho Iv'e heard of that theory he was explaining.

N15 SR20DE UK Tranny allows 149mph @ stock redline 7250 RPM.... Don't think the US tranny would be miles different ratios wise.
You do need BARE power to reach redline though.
