Isnt MartinĀ“s car with less mods faster? Anyway.. finally good idea to get that thing tuned with Nistune! If tune is right, you will be much faster.

Actually, you have never used any filter with a velocity stack. And yes, since you have no o2, it makes me believe that the only way you can make your car run good with velocity, is by using the screw in your MAF.
If you don't get the idea, think on this one - why is my car running worse now with the dead o2? I tried both - drove the car with dead o2 AND switched off o2 feedback. Non of them resulted in making the car as fast as it was before the darn o2 died. Which I guess once again proves what Ben wrote.

it was 160whp after rebuild and some optimizations i'm hoping to get 180whp

because i lost them next week i'll dyno it, and NO my car was faster with less mods, now they run the same with martin's but both cars has more mods i have pistons he is with s4 and gearbox, i'm with pulleys he is with flywheel
also my car is with 55mm exhaust i'm not sure but maybe this stops it a bit
i've just pull with a 5gen civic with swapped 1.8 VTEC from integra type R spoon electronics and headers, and we run X than on 4th i start to pull him so its stronger than the famous Vtec he's also 200-300kg lighter than me

I think exhaust is enough.. im going with 57mm exhaust. You need good ECU tune and then it will be very nice. Later, if i was you i will go with BC stg3 cams and springs.. this should be very good setup with zour high CR DE. Robchaos made with that setup ~185whp, not finished i think. It has a lot of potential.

Mine N14 GTi with just S4, Calum ECU and HotShot CAI was faster than B18C6 ITR with catback and CAI. Those old Hondas dont have enough torque.
