NISMO thermostat + water wetter, run less concentrated mix. Try cutting it back to less than 50/50. A lot of people will run water wetter plus distilled water for track, for example, since coolant gets messy if you run into anything. However in SoFla, you may just be stuck looking at bigger radiator than a standard 2.0, even my stock B13 radiator was totally inadequate for cooling, one car has a GTi-R rad and my second B13 a Koyo.

And, I don't live with the kind of heat and humidity you get in your area.

Also tuning can impact things, if you have excessive combustion temps that can be a function of timing, which also creates a lot of NOx, though you wouldn't know that if you're in FL since you lucky bastards don't have to take your cars through emissions checks
