Updates!! 64-64.5mm Plates
New Ported and Polished unit!!
As you can see we have machined off the one side of the TB rod so one side is completely flat.

Old TB Plate

Old TB vs New TB

Now who wants to dyno it??!!
Next I need a VE!

I could dyno it on my go currently which is na with bolt ons, or i will have my turbo nx up and running within a few weeks. There is a shop in town with a superflow chassis dyno and a shop with an awd dyno jet dyno.

I could use either dyno, i would get the best prices on the superflow being my nx has spent ALOT of time on it in the past.

Your not going to just leave those long screws in there are you?

Those are OE but no they will be flush. This was just put back together quickly to show pictures.

Yeah I knew that, I was just making sure you wouldn't be putting them back in without at least shaving them down.

Can you use some sort of bonding material when reinstalling the screws? I know I'd be worried about them backing out and causing problems like the qr25 did at first.

This may sound like a dumb question, but hey, it is. Are the bolts that bolt the TB onto the IM in the same location? I'm guessing they, but I was just curious.

Yes there will be not changes to the outside or mounting points of the TB's. All we are doing is making the center larger, making a larger plate and milling the throttle shaft.

Brian put me down for one. How quick do you think I could get it? Do you think if I drive up there for a day you can bore out a TB spacer as well?

I cant do them the same day due to the fact that they are done on a CNC. Are you able to run the car without it until you can send it to me to have bored out as well?

I have the website at overkillengineeringmotorsports.com all ready to go for ordering.
