The knife edging is possible but would be an added expense. Ill have a sock DE done here in a few days. Does anyone have available dyno time that would like to do some testing??

I'm guessing that there would need to be some sort of modification in order to continue to use Outlaw Engineering Thermoblok Spacers in conjunction with this TB.

I wouldnt think so ... btw what benefit do you get by using a tb spacer. Shouldnt you be worried about heat transfer at the head?

That's why there's three spacers, but I would imagine the TB would only affect the TB spacer, not the one seperating the head. So yes, I am concerned about heat transfer at the head. The TB spacer is kinda the last line of defense in a series of blocking the convection heat from the head. The T spacer is bored to the diameter of the stock TB, so it would need some modding in order to allow the increased airflow of the new TB.

Yes, you are correct. I can offer that service as well on the website if needed. WE would need to mill or turn the part to the same diameter. Good idea!

If you could get a dyno on a N/A DE I would definitely be interested.

so how would the bored thermo spacer work? we send you ours or are you going to make one bored to replace the thermo one? i would like to dyno this but i need to tune the car first. that will take a couple months of saving.

I could do some dyno testing in a few weeks, i have my turbo nx with the jdm highport im on it, and my g20 which has a 2.5" catless exhaust, pace setter header, wai, and advanced timing.

I have to see what my money situation looks like then.

I can do either. I dont want to get into the Thermoblock spacers due to the fact that you guys already have a good supplier. We do phenolic adapters for other applications but not for these. I am able to bore out your spacer if it is sent to me. I added that option to the website as well.
