Thread: Holy cracked Header Batman!!!

Took my old header off the B13 to install the 2.5" SSAC. Check it out...

Front...

Back side, 2nd pipe cracked...

Does anyone even recognize what kind of header this is? HS???

Anyway, thanks Shigspeed for the EGR nut tips. PB Blaster and that big ass plumbing wrench I have did the trick. I also had to undo the EGR on the back side to get the whole thing loose.

No doubt. The secondary pipe is dented so that part is no good. I already had someone hit me up sayin the wanna buy it. I dont know if it's worth getting it welded or not. The SSAC I have is the 2.5" and BNIB. Who knows.

Just use some Mother's polish and a buffer and it will polish right out...

Nope, too much pressure in the manifold and his warning gauges didn't go off...

It's like concrete... is designed to crack at the seams... jeez what a noob. j/k

that sucks. isn't that a Hotshot Gen 6?

tubes are much too small for a gen 6.
