dont forget upgraded suspension (hypercos/agx) fstb's, lightweight flywheels, s3 cams - the list goes on and on.

Best option for cheap power is advancing timing. Lightweight flywheel for quicker engine response. Lightweight/underdrive pulleys also help in that area.

If youre going to change the cams then go with either JWT S3 or S4 for straight drop in. There are also the BC stage 2 or stage 3 but you will need valve springs and retainers plus cam gears and tuning. There are other cam makers like jun and tomei. I just dont have any info on those.

Open up your ECU casing and have a look at the chip on it, (it should be a board kinda plugged into the main board). See if you can see a brand/name on it. PLMS developments or Bad Biki are the more common boards in AU. If so, drive to your local tuning place, and get them to do a retune. $300 for a couple of hours tuning and you should see a good improvement over the stock tune. This also allows you to get the most of anyt modifications you make too.

Have a look at my build thread on the pulsar forums if you're interested in keeping it N/A

He doesn't have a b13/b14 chasis so no hyperco for him unless they make them for his car. Maybe just s3 like you said and etc.
