Thread: JDM SR20DE 10:1 Piston rings Q??

Hi all,

It's just a simple question; are the piston rings the same for the JDM SR20DE 10:1?

I've read a couple of threads and I don't sure about it.

Gspec lists them separated from the regular SR20's piston rings.

I'm about to refresh my motor and I need to be totally sure as I'm not in the states and getting the wrong part will be a bomb...

Which one off the motor do you have?

The sr20 rr 10:1 piston rings are the same as the sr20ve 10.3:1 rings. Not sure about the lower cr sr20 piston rings.

The part for the 10:1 RR/10.3:1 ve piston ring is 120331N510

If you have a 8CW crank 10:1 DE then your piston rings will differ also from the above rings.
