my bc2s DO NOT LOPE AT ALL....i touhgh i put them in wrong because of that....ive got no cat with a huge 36'' glaasspack to a 2.5' dynamax muffler and i here the slightest lope somtimes but thats harsh...and my idle is 850

This car sounds like that for a reason and the reason is that he has BC stage 2 cams made for the S14 and after I compared the timing events between the S13 and the S14 I suggested him to advance 1 full teeth on the intake cam in order to gain some bottom end and midrange that the car lost with the cams installed straight up......

are you sure? that doesnt seem right? are you using cam gears?

I skip one tooth advancing = 10deg on the intake cam

Payu knows what he is doing. Hence why a lot of the car he tunes and helps build haul ass.

Took it to the dyno today and got 150whp and 138wtq, my brother is very happy with the results. Will post a video soon.
