For that you would be best with a MSD box. You can set it up so that when the nitrous is switched on the ignition will retard as many degrees as you want. For my setup I'll have different bins that I load into the ecu. For that matter as well, I DO NOT street race at all. I only race my car at the drag strip so I don't have to worry about switching stuff around depending on surroundings.
