While we're on the subject of cam gears, anyone seen, heard, or experienced cam gears slipping?
I know the CS gears are incapable of slipping by design (no bolts) but, I've seen some on belt-driven cars (4G63, Mazdaspeed3, etc.) that have slipped and caused valvetrain/piston damage. This makes me hesitant to install something that, if it slips, will need (at the very least) the VC pulled to repair...
(this factored into why I have always bothered to pay the premium for JWT cams)
