haha, deja vu till i dumped the jwt (ve) ecu for a stock g20 unit. haven't tried any flat out top speed runs with the calum but accidently hit ~130 once or twice or,....
the old full bolt on de saw 145 and still pulling slowly. this was with 205/50/15zr's. i was riding on prokits/agx's then (2000) in the desert.
i'd really like to try the VE at a sanctioned, measured mile, top speed event. however, speeds on the salt are significantly slower than a paved surface.

On 205/50/15s the car is going slower than the speedo is reading by about 6 MPH.

Anyway when you guys decide to do this crap get a GPS and you will see whats up or get a radar gun. There are a couple guys out here who have the radar guns that use them for motorcycle out on I 27 on Sundays mornings.

Not n/a but 150+ in the 91 turbo g20 it got there fast on 205/40/17 non lsd box, the g20 handles well at that speed and I would push harder if i did not have a technical issue.

on my way back from texas i was stupid and hit over 150 on my speedo a bunch of times (I-10 and I-45 in Texas is fun at 2am!!). I dunno it stops showing the estimated speed after 150. I probably was doing around 140-145? I had 195/50/15 tires on. This is in a '98 200sx.

Do not be stupid and try that. I dont think ill ever do that again. My right leg was trembling when I stopped to gas up lol.
