What if i get the N1 cams too??

Hey I remeber you.

Did the motor and trans I get for you run good?

Get a complete VE motor and sell the DE.

I do not advise putting a VE head on a 10 to 1 motor.

SR20ve/de vs SR20ve?

When you say 'make' more torque, what are you asking really? Do you mean with mods?

Cause the factory specs are there:

SR20ve - 187hp, 145 ft-lbs tq.

SR20de - 140-145hp, 132-136 tq.

And I hope you are not coming here with a DEer vs wolVEs thread cause there are tons of opinions on this here already And your lil DEer will still be beaten by the wolVEs!

Please edit thread DVE to DE.

Peace

DVE is a DE block with a VE head and it would in turn produce almost the same hp as the a VE so i was wondering about the torque. I was never in this thread, comparing a DE vs VE.

How is that even possible.

The 20ve low cam has 0 overlap atdc. You need at least .080" valve lift atdc to hit the De piston. I could see it happening on 16 high cam and larger cams but not on the regular 20ve.

Any what knows what compression a sr20de 10:1 would yield with sr16ve (11:1) pistons?

Peace
