Should I???
I've been contemplating getting ve injectors for my car for a while now. Actually it started when Bowlcut suggested that I might be maxing out my stock injectors. Anyway it's been brought up time and time again, so I want to know what the majority thinks. Should I upgrade to 333cc injectors or stick with my stockers that have over 200k miles on them?

Why? It sounds like your just trying to spend money on extra stuff for no reason. Bump the FP up to 4bar and call it a day. Or just put a richer fuel pill in...

how much HP is your car putting down? Stock DE injectors should be good up to 180 or so.

Never dynoed so I honestly have no idea how much hp the motor is making. I can't bump the fp up to 4 bar cause I think it will cause issues with the nitrous system as its designed to run a 3 bar. I think I'd have to do alot of trial and error with the fuel jets if I did that. I'm aware of what the stock injectors are "capable" of. As I said mine have over 200k miles on them, so theirs no telling how they are flowing, and I can buy VE injectors cheaper than having my stockers checked and cleaned. Hell I got a PM from a forum member offering me a really good deal on some VE injectors already.

Something to keep in mind is that although I've never dynoed the car, I'm going to do it early next year and I'm wanting to go ahead and replace anything that might be a problem before hand. I've already got a n60 maf and want to get these injectors as well, and find someone that can use Calumsult cause I can't lol.

The sr20 style injectors are pretty hard to clog. Usually the only failures we see are injector windings. However since you do have nitrous I don't think that slightly larger injectors would be a bad idea. With all the mods you listed BEFORE nitrous I'd estimate you at around mid 160s HP. The nitrous could easily push you over the top.
What I'd do is hook your laptop up to your calum ECU and just have a buddy keep an eye on your injector duty cycle while you're driving. See what your injector duty cycle gets up to. A general rule of thumb is that you do not want your duty cycle to go over 85%, usually around 80% is ideal

Yeah that's what Kevin(Bowlcut) said to do, and I tried to just record it, but when I did the damn laptop froze up lol. Car has a rough ride I guess.

lol. Anyways, I wouldn't make any moves until you find out that information. A pointless upgrade would just be wasting $$$. Having too low of a duty cycle could cause driveability problems as well.

So here it is two months later, and I finally did this lol. Only one small pull through first and about 3/4 through second gear. Had my wife watch the laptop, hit 86% in first and 75% when I let out in second. The laptop froze up there lol.

Going to do this again soon when I can try it more than once. May use a different laptop maybe it won't freeze up.

I think that anything above 90% duty cycle and you risk the injectors going static, which means that they can't close fast enough and just remain open and dump fuel in there.
Running over 80% duty cycle is risky in the first place. I'd go with 333CC injectors.
