So no more riding dirty, put the intake back on only to find out that I'm getting MAJOR compressor surge. Couldn't really hear it come back through the intake @ high boost till the intake was on. I checked the vacuum source at the manifold and changed the fitting to a bigger one. Hope I didn't kill my turbo driving around like that lol.

Not much going on other than me getting off my lazy ass and finishing up my meth install. Car runs soooo much better with the meth spraying . My EGT's went lower and my AF got richer lol. I bumped up timing and car feels great, best part the 1 gallon bottle seems like it will last a while. I bought some boost juice to use with my meth kit and stuff works great.

I converted the 3rd gear section of this log on virtual dyno to give me a clue on how the car is running.

I still need to pull the head and resurface and change gasket . This fuking car kills me with coolant leaks, every little hose that I changed back in 04 has broken on me lol. Arggg what ever small steps. The RB25 trans is a POS too, I need to take it apart and service it but I'll prob service the RB20 trans so I won't have any down time. Got the power back and some with the cat in place btw listen to the awesome compressor surge!

Thanks for posting the pics and vids.

I'm running MB Weapons +27 all around with Z32 26mm front and Z32 rear calipers. Running KWv3 coilovers. The sock SE wheels fit with 2-3mm clearance on the font and plenty on the rear. The Battles have plenty of room.

What brand spacers did you go with?

Found them on ebay, user name pe-motorwerks. 3mm Hubcentric Flat Wheel Spacer. I had some SE's but someone traded me for the GTS-T wheels and those clear no problem, just not wide like the GTR wheels.

Did those KW's come with pillow ball mounts for the fronts? I might trade up to those in a year or so.

They're nice for the street and HPDE's but the V3's reuse the stock mounts. The Club sport's have really nice mounts. Non - pillow ball, so they don't make noise, but they are expensive.

Dang can you use Tein mounts on it? Kinda weird that they didn't include that in a 2k system and cheap shit ones come with them standard.

I'm pretty sure you can. Ground Control makes some nice mounts too.

Just because the cheap stuff comes with them, doesn't mean they are any good however. Cheap stuff is made with.rubbish material and fail to properly do its job fairly early in it's lifespan or just fail entirely

KW did this so people could use the stock upper mounts to aid in day to day NVH. Fairly Clever for a dd/some track suspension.
