Yes indeed. and I am by far, not the only one that will not attend the convention if there is not a track day. I can count a half dozen thus far.

And I have news for you sir. There is something called hooked on driving. But you have to PAY to PLAY. Typical prices are $250-350 for the day. Well worth it in my mind. And Guess what. They have at least 4-6 events a year here in Georgia. Road Atlanta, Roebling Road, and Atlanta Motorsports Park (two of which are less than 40 minutes from me). So I can and do attend these....HOWEVER, i really look FWD to the convention. But........................From ppl like you....NOT SO MUCH ANYMORE.

Guy, if you think i'm a thug you have some thin skin. All I saw from you was crying about the convention and how you were going to sell your car because someone couldn't set up a track day for you. You literally said that. I don't think I said anything to you that was very offensive at all.

I'm all done, I do apologize for any animosity I may have caused or implied.

I was just a little annoyed that there was flaming of Madtec and other people setting up the event. These guys are taking time out of their lives to set this up for us, maybe a bit of gratitude is in line?

1) I just booked my hotel room.

2) No track day sucks. I definitely want both the road course and 1/4 mile track days at Conventions.

3) A track day of any kind is not going to make or break a Convention unless you allow it to. I've had a blast at two (2) separate Conventions with no vehicle.

4) I cannot imagine anyone or a group at a Convention getting genuinely out of line or acting "thuggish," hostile, or violent in my presence. That would quickly become my favorite part of any Convention ever.
