Every SR20 enthusiast owes this to themselves. I have said this over and over.... You have no clue what you are missing out on.

Racing, Friends, Margaritas, Devil water from Mexico and best of all a memory you will never forget.

Do you guys hang out as a group or break off in to cliques? This one is going to be about 4 1/2 hours away pretty stoked. I'm going to take the scenic route up skyline drive and end in the town Front Royal. I've taken this trip several times on my bike. The speed limit does suck but great curves and views on the way up. Anyone coming up I-95? I'm in Rocky Mount NC "the gutter".

Some good info here: http://www.sr20-forum.com/new-members/66469-letter-new-folks-concerning-our-convention.html

There's quite a few OG's that go that are in their 30's, 40's and 50's. Lots of younger folks in their 20's as well. If you like car related stuff, with a focus on the SR, it's a must attend. Hell, the hotel parking lot parties alone are worth the trip, let alone the cool factor of the driving events and the non-stop laughter throughout the event...

Expect non-stop fun from start to finish. Epic parking lot parties, road courses, 1/4 mile track, and karts. Not to mention a ton of hot-rodded Nissans with a bit of everything else thrown in. BMW with Hank and Ben, Subaru with too many to list, Datsun 510's and S30 Z's have shown up, Toyota Celica 4WD, and I cannot remember them all.

Average age is late teen's to grey hair. 50 years old here. I'd say 30 if I had to pick a number.

There's not really cliques. It's more cohesive yet free-flowing. I've never been wanting for company or a ride at a Convention. Always welcoming folks and an extra seat in the car.

It's just stupid-fun from the get-go to the end.

Did someone say Devil Water from Mexico?

Plans have began out this way to make it out there. Not sure if I missed it but is there a drag strip for this convention?
