Nothing about this is a joke. Especially after being at the past few Conventions and going to the track events, this is unfortunate.

well if this has anything to do with them not having all the money in time I am partially responsible b/c I was going to purchase 2 slots just as soon as I was 100% sure I could make it and not have to be working in a town 10 hours away that night.. ughhh

We found out about this unfortunate turn of events a few days ago and have been in damage control ever since trying to figure out our next move while waiting for Nelson Ledges to give us confirmation on the situation. We're currently working on a plan b for Thursday's event. Either way the convention will still go on, just not certain if we will have a road course day, but there will still be racing involved. I'll let Rob fill everyone on what we have plan to compensate for our road course day at Nelson Ledges being cancelled.

For the individuals who paid for the road course day, there will be 2 options.
Option 1 would be a full refund
Option 2 would be would go towards plan b event for Thursday plus some added extras.

We thank everyone for there support and patience on this. The convention is one month away and we are doing everything we can to make this right. Rob, Mark and I will continue to update you all on the upcoming changes.

Either way we will have a solid plan by the end of the week.

Gentlemen and ladies. I am currently dealing with some personal family issues. My wife grandmother experienced a severe stroke yesterday evening. Please keep her in your prayers. So I am a bit tied up.

I promise I along with Lou and Mark will try to figure something out to fill in this spot. We as many other groups who have planned track days got the rug pulled from under us. Very bad timing as this throws the entire convention for a loop.

Please be paitient. We may have a solid plan B.
