Okay. I'll look for one, I want a new one anyway. Any suggestions for reasonably priced ones? And what do they have to be, DOT approved or something

My friends over at Track First Home have some pretty decent ones at good prices as well.

Hank, will you be instructing for this event?? @Kyle mentioned Reed earlier. How many instructors total will be there?? I have participated in many trackdays before and been to Nelson, but never got a chance to participate in an event there.

I will be there as well as possibly bringing one or two of my teammates.

If I'm needed, I'll instruct. How many, would be a guess at this point. We don't even know who's going yet.

The track is definitely one of those bucket list tracks every hardcore road racer should drive. It's very deceiving. It also has that old track charm about it that can't be replicated with today's technology. It's the patina that makes it special. Lots of character going on there.

Kyle I received your payment for the Track.

Torry (ezcheese15) I received your track payment as well. I'll get a list going soon to help keep track of Road Course attendees.

I'm in 100 percent.... except if there's rain. I know it's the "great equalizer" and all but to me it's not as much fun.

So I'm also interested to know if there's a deadline. It's usually pretty clear about a 6-8 days before how the weather is going to be unless it's really hot and humid and one of those weeks when we get a t-storm for half an hour like everyday.
