In 2012, FatboySe-R and I meet up with the Allentown crew and then the NY crew going up the NE extension and then over to I80. Not the ideal route for me, but it made the trip tons of fun rolling in a pack. We also met up the MD crew outside of State College. At that point we had a 10-15 car caravan rolling into OH. I wouldn't mind doing that route again.

I mean to where they are starting, Allentown is like 2 hrs north, when I should be going west. But yes, I do know where TX is, shouldn't take you too long

This! We should all plan on the same route. It would be nice to get more from the NYC area as well as DC, VA, WVA, etc.

This was the return route Richard and I took coming back from from Ohio. Here.
We broke off I-80 and cut diagonally across the state. It was a more scenic route, with more up and down hill stuff which may make towing a bit more of a gas consumer, but it was a super fast way. We made it back home in under six hours.
