AMP Track Day Video
I was only able to get about 5 minutes of video from the track day at AMP. I don't understand what is wrong with my GoPro. The damn thing just does not seem to want to work right.
The track was quite a roller coaster to say the least! If you did not notice, I have the seat in my race car about a low as it can get. There is probably 1/4" between the bottom of the seat and the floor board; as it is I can just see over the dash. That is all fine on the flat tracks here in Florida but it made for a very interesting drive at Atlanta Motorsports Park! For example, I could not see the exit of turn 6. Nor could I see the exit of turn 12 which is also the entry of turn 13! It was completely blind for me after the apex marker for turn 12 past the apex marker for turn 13!!! The two laps I drove #eggman 's car were like a revelation because I could actually see the track in those sections.
If anyone else has video from AMP, you can post it in this thread if you like. I know there were a lot of cameras mounted to cars out there. I hope no one else had the issues with their Gopros that I had.
