I got the race car fired up tonight and it did not make any bad noises! Whoo Hoo!!!!!

Tomorrow morning I have to get the new engine to temp, set timing and then go through the rest of the car all before loading up for a Wednesday departure! Busy Busy Busy!

It's Yako AD08's, they don't seem to be gooey soft but at the same time I haven't driven them above 80*F...

Reduced the car noise by more then half


Replaced water tank with something cleaner and more eye pleasing.

Two weeks ago, some guy in a jacked up F-150 rolled in to the back of me at a stop light. The body shop I use couldn't get to the car in time, so i will be there with $850 of rear end damage. Changed brake fluid last night and discovered a wheel stud with stripped threads. I have a project for tonight. Might not even get to wash it.

You won't be alone with the rear-end damage and dirty car.

Are you ready to sell it this year!?! I know in 09 you had 3 people ready to buy, I'm curious on how many miles are on it now!!

I spent a ton of money on it in the last 3 years. Had Andreas Miko install a VE with aluminum flywheel, JWT clutch, ECU and pop charger. Header and 2 1/2" exhaust. 17" wheels with track tires. Panhard bar rear suspension with poly trailing arm bushings. Cusco FSTB. ADV22 front brakes. Whiteline front caster bushings. Tranny number 3. The ODO shows a little more than 360,000 miles now. I think every mechanical part has been replaced at one time or another except the wheel bearings, steering rack and fuel pump. Someone would have tro make me an offer that I couldn't refuse.
