I might be doing the same, since the Comfort Inn has a pool and the Suites doesn't.

We will own both the pool and the parking lot, they are adjoining properties and basically share boundary parking anyways

get a few drinks in this guy and he will showing the jocks up. I seem to recall back in 09 that we pretty much didn't sleep at all the first night. Going and laying down for 30 mins before Rush comes pounding on the door screaming bacon like a special ed kid is not sleep. Lmao
