Race car? My car is far from a race car..... The car will be done and I am budgeting now to make sure I get the car there.

Trust me brother if life didn't get in the way the car would be done. Slowly and mean very slowly but surely. It's hard to build a all around car that will serve many functions. Not just a "race car"

hahaha, I highly doubt that. Mine wont be there anyways but B13>B14. My engine bay is cleaner and with the things Im having made for the car it will definitely be super clean. 150mph killer? hahahaha.

Chappy, if you break into the 150mph Ill have to come up with a way to congratulate you. Im shooting for 160's next time out.

as far as which will be quicker in the 1/4 mile, a proper 2.0ve on stock internals with all the best bolt ones will probably give a 250hp~ VE-T or DE/DET a run for their money, if not even win. as for the bored out and or stroked ve's, they have a LOT of potential, and can make turbo guys with more power really look silly.

Yeah I did.

His has wires everywhere and so on. Mine had nice fresh paint, everything tucked and cleaned, everything on the engine and transmission spotless. Yeah i had the holes from the old piping route but who gives a crap. Only thing I didnt have in place was the cooling plate to go between the cut radiator support. Didnt get a chance to modify it to fit. Hood doesnt count as engine bay

Oh and I also said that it will be as well when all the new turbo setup goes on, with Toxic fab FF manifold, Uppipe, turbo directly feeding into a custom intercooler with his endtanks and backdoor on the coldside using all wiggins or VanJen clamps. Yeah I think when done completely his bay wont stand a chance. lol
