Drag racers - what is the difference between an asphalt track and a concrete track?

And my conversation with Mrs Kaye at RR today leads me to believe that a May date is extremely possible

concrete is a grippier surface, but it's more expensive to install.

I was kinda looking forward to a NJ convention but hey it is what it is...Ive never been south of Maryland so Im sure it will be a great experience. As far as the dates are concerned, who ever is organizing this, can you keep in mind that most college's have classes and finals until mid to late may
