Guilty again. I guess i should admit it before someone screams it...this is the 2nd engine I have done that to in a little over a year. My wife says I'm getting old and lazy. I say it's a mechanical problem!!

You have aftermarket springs and retainers? If not, that probably would have saved that from happening. Might be a wise investment.
