this guy right here would pay it...i am unemployed at the current time, taking my layoff only 2 weeks ago and then a few short days later my fiace got dropped to part time and i still said WTF i saved the money over the past months to go so i am still going...the price shouldn't be an issue


that is the attitude we need to see out of more of the forum members, not "oohh man that is far", "that is way to expensive"...the tracks on the east coast are pricey, yes, but because they are considered to be some of the best...ETOWN-best dragstrip in the country, followed closely by MIR, capitol in MD is not bad, and atco only a mere 45 min drive from etown and mir is awesome as well...i walked accross the start line at atco a few years ago and stepped right out of my shoes it was so sticky


that is the spirit, make the drive, best thing you could ever do...i agree, "east coast or bust"


if need be, maybe a few people need to step up and put forth some funds, then for the risk any extra money left over gets divided up between the "sponsering" members...i know for a fact that if i wasn't in the financial jam that i am in at this currunt time i would not even think about stepping up, busting the vise grips off the bank book and saying here is $xxxx to make the dragday happen and the track be all ours
