Thread: Thanks!

Had a blast, great turnout! Time to tear the b14 apart and put her back together!

Rob and Louie made this event, I had such a blast and it was so nice to meet the people I have been talking to years for! Thanks for a great time everyone!

I want to say thanks to Rob and Lou, you guys killed it this year, best convention. I also want to say thanks to everyone who came. This conventionn was not only about racing, but the people. I have never been to any other car event like this past weekend. To be able to go up to random people, put a screen name to a face and then BS for hours about cars with out getting a cold shoulder or someone blowing you off. Minus the rain, this weekend was awesome, I am still in convention mode.
Also huge props to the guys who raced. Jamie and Ashton, your cars are awesome. Thanks for the motivation to get my car done!

Thanks again for everything everyone did, and I can't wait til next year! My car WILL be there!

I only got to make it to the Saturday festivities which was fantastic. I had been gone on orders and didn't think I would make it to the convention at all since my destination was Afghanistan. Ended up coming home early after having surgery and caught some of the action. Sad my car was dead during it but it was nice to see the guys having a blast on the track. Big thanks to Rob and Lou for putting in the work to get an Ohio meet going. Since the day I joined back on the old forum I've been hoping for one.

Sounds like you guys had a great time this year, I'm sad I had to miss it. Hopefully I'll be there next year!

i have a feeling we'll both be there rocking the sr20 life next year!....haha

Ditto! I met countless people for the first time this weekend, who I've known on this forum for years, but there was no awkward moments, no strange introductions. Good times with good friends that I look forward to seeing next year. (and actually bringing an SR20 powered car along)

Thank you, everyone, for making my Dad feel welcome to the "digital" community. For a few days this forum becomes a lot less dead for a wonderful reason. We all get to meet each other. Not that I had a doubt in my mind he seemed to clique with everyone out there and I am deeply grateful. I hope you enjoyed his company as much as enjoyed ours.

He had a wonderful time and cannot thank everyone enough! I have thanked the coordinators a million times and I thank them again for an awesome time!
