Thread: Convention Build Status

My intercooler, radiator, fuel tank, and valve cover are at the fab shop getting done and should be done in the next day or so. I got my shifter remounted inside the car this time and my last bit of harness finished up. Had to do a lot of running around today.

Tomorrow Ill be installing my 5/8 fuel feed line and -10 hose and fittings and then moving my 1/2" -8 return line so that its all nice and clean installed ready for the fuel tank to come back. Also might get my head back tomorrow and can finish the top end.

Its getting there. Ordered my 225/50/15 drag radials today as well.

My wifey fabbed up my guage plate and mounted up all my guages on the center console. Looks great. Shes gonna finish making a custom shift boot to fill in the open area around the shifter.

Switching up cams to a set of brian crower bc2's hope they make good power up top on my 2871r vrs the s3's i have now.

I have bc2's in mine...seems to me like they are great until about 7k, after that forget it. My timing is really conservative up top as well though.

^ I have hks cam gears maybee i can dial them in a bit . My s3's fell off fast around 6800 on a gt28 . I dont plan on going over 8k but i want it falling back in the power band .

Lol nah man,not you. That day I got called in to work at 3am and didn't get back home until 5pm.

Topchoice fixed my CSK's, UPS right on time, dropped them at Joey's this afternoon. PITA almost over.

Install my upper rear interior 1/4 panels. They require just a bit of surgery since my seatbelts have moved to the B pillars. Piece of cake, even for me.

Wash. Detail.

And one (1) cool, yet not essential, interior extra if I can get it done in time.

Done.

And I will be making it.

A few tiny finishing touches for both cars and maybe a set of drag radials for the b13 if fundage allows and we're good to go...

can't wait!
