No exact figure needed. The estimate is just fine! If you figure 100 folks are going to be at the picnic, and a rough estimate for plate per person is $10, you're looking about $300 shy for food alone. Catering costs are expensive. That of course doesn't cover other expenses. I'll be donating some more fundage this week

I do NOT want you Organizers ending up upside down financially on this Convention. That is just bullshit and completely unacceptable.

Also want to thank all members who have help us out with this. I was planning on taking a break from going to conventions after this one and its funny because my girlfriend reminded me of that today, but seeing how so many people believed in us and been so helpful, I told her I couldn't stop and will continue to go to these events. I'm so glad to be a part of this.

I promise Rob and I are going to do the best we can. Something people talk about for years to come. We only get to do this once a year, so lets do it up and have a blast.
