Is there a driver's meeting at the track Friday? If so, what time and do we have to be there if we are going on the track? We may not arrive until noon.

Gates open at 8am at Nelson Ledges and yes there is a drivers meeting scheduled for 9am.

I may be able to stall a bit but, we start racing at 10am. I will see if anything can be done for late arrivals.

Rob, do you know if in-track photography will be allowed? I'm no pro or anything but i have a dslr and would like to capture pics of ser's flying down the track.

Is the meeting a requirement to get on the track?

I've never seen where it isn't...

granted its been 10 years since i been there last, but the drivers meeting was pretty funny. guy asks 2 question, who has raced before and who hasnt. people who raced before here, people who havent go there.. lol

At our time trials we say "Don't do anything you aren't sure you are supposed to do and this isn't F1"... Then we start racing. You just have to get people together and give them the opportunity to ask questions.

Mine is the 9th and I will be in a wedding... FUNNNN! not, oh well free drinks haha

Not sure. If I don't get off my ass soon and boost the SE-R, then I'll take the Miata. Even if it is boosted, I may take the Miata if the weather looks good. I love top down road trips.
