This is for you Shawn -
My NX2000, T28 @ 12psi, S4 cams, 3" crush bent exhaust, vs my SE-R VE, 16V cams, and I think a 2.5" exhaust.

With 80 to 100 more torque & horsepower at pretty much every point on the graph, which one would you rather drive? For a daily driver, dollar for dollar, a small turbo on a DE is the way to go.

I've heard you espouse upon the virtues of turbo before good sir.

Kinda hard to argue with that chart.

Does that mean I can hop a ride in your soon to be turbo-mobile?

Absolutely, and you need to drive it as well.

Will do. Chriscar had me howling on a ride along with him in Savannah. I literally had no idea our cars could be piloted that fast around a road course. I imagine it would be even sillier with an extra 90whp on the straights.

Plus I gotta get a ride in a 8610/11 Koni/GC set-up if possible. Just so I can compare it to my CSK/Hyperco set-up and then argue about it with Benito.

And I'd like a ride in turbo-madness quarter mile terror. Some 350+ whp beastie. Like an Ashton-mobile, but I want to make sure I get in one that will last a whole 1/4 mile. I don't want to have to walk my old ass back to the pits.

Folks could ride in my car to see how quiet, comfortable and slow it is.

Shawn like I mentioned. I will be glad to give you a ride in my Classic. Nothing like a leather infested light weight 500+ whp Classic.

We can jam out to some nice Reggae as well when we are done. It may be a rough ride due to my current suspension but, I am sure that is the last thing that will be on your mind. It takes a little bit for your stomach to settle LOL

I just booked a double queen bed room before I went to sleep. For Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

You can have that second bed on Thursday, no problems.

This Convention will be so very kick ass. 500 whp, less than 2400 pounds, that ought to do it.

Ashton might have more horsepower, but you know that I would have trouble pushing him back to the pits with my bad right knee. ....
