We should also have dedicated members in charge of forums/sites to relay information on the event to everyone, that way one member doesn't get overwhelmed having to visit a lot of places in the daily basis

2012 is gonna be a great convention I can already tell. Mainly because its already way more organized and planned than last years and that makes all the difference.
