Thread: Convention Final Thoughts

I want to Thank everyone who came out to the convention this year! And the ones that could not make it but tried too. Shawn B gets the award for (im getting to the convention no matter what it takes)


I want to thank Apple for building such a great phone, I used and overused my iphone and it did not fail in anyway at all. If it wasnt for you I wouldnt of been able to make any of this possible.

Jimmy & Joe: Thank you guys for an amazing job planning and making all of the pieces to the puzzles fit. If it wasnt for them none of this would have happened.

Im sure pics will be up soon, I can honestly say I did not take one picture with my phone or camera at all!!! lol

We already started talking about next years convention! Plans will be in the works and please keep your eyes on the top of the forum for new dates and its location! I will be there and yes the smurf will be with me(and I hope the other 4 that I know of will be as well).

Again Thank you everyone for coming up to the northeast and participating in all the activities we had in store. I hope everyone got back home safe and we'll see you next year or at the next meet!!

I think I speak for the community when I say were all grateful of how successful this was especially with the given situation idk about anyone else but I've been on the wall with the whole tinkering with cars shit but this weekend (even though I ony made one day) deff with no pun intended revived the gear head in me, great job

Thanks guys for everyone who organized or helped set it up. My first convention and I won't miss another.

Thanks again for throwing this together, great success for last minute. Looking forward to next year... I'll have more than one car ready next time.

Mark and the whole CT group are a cool bunch of people, sadly i couldnt make it this year. hopefully next year will be a different story....

I had a awesome time so did everybody else that came with me. I will be at all future conventions and meets hopefully my car will be sealed up soon so ican bring it lol

#ShoutOut to all the Deep members and Joe from DeepSouth for putting this together for the SR20powered community. I was not able to make it for more than one reason, but I plan on making my convention return in 2012. I had a blast at my first convention in 2009 meeting everybody and it will be good to meet forum members I haven't meet yet.
