Agreed 100% That's how we scored the supercharged Mini in Omaha.

I ran a Mazda 6 in Savannah in 09 and was pretty impressed with the suspension, I was able to rotate the rear with the throttle very well, though it was pretty underpowered. I honestly can't imagine anything being more fun than the vette though.

I rented an 09 mazda 3 before and was impressed on how it handled. I would def buy one for a daily.

In St Louis I reserved the cheapest car I could rent just to see what they would give me and I pulled outta there with a volvo s50 turbo. I took the air filter off the first chance I got.

So would you guys recommend just walking into a rental car place rather then reserving a car online? BTW, I'm 24yrs old. Would I have a problem renting a car? I want to register online now but am waiting for the hotel location to see exactly where to fly out to.

I work for budget rent-a-car and your supposed to be 25 in order to rent. If your under 25 there is a $25/day underage fee and you must use a major credit card. Debit cards wont work. Also when reserving a car online your usually not guaranteed the car on the website. You are reserving the class of vehicle. So it could be any car in the same class.

Go into Philly, that'll be the nearest airport. Unless, for some reason, it's cheaper into Atlantic City. The track day will be about an hour east of Philly, 45 minutes west of Atlantic City and the carshow will be in/around Atlantic City which is about 1:30-2 hours east of Philly.

Like was said above, they'll hit you for a surcharge for being "underage" You can make a reservation online so you'll have SOMETHING and be in their system and then you can survey the lot when you arrive. I've heard of others having good luck through Hertz
