Thread: Early-Bird Track Purchase Program

I'll reply back to your e-mail in the next day or two. In terms of having enough people for the event, it is early yet. We have 20 people committed to the early-bird (but only payment from a handful... Ray needs to check the PO Box this week) I think 20 is a pretty good start considering we're talking about an event that is ~ 6 months away. There is a lot of buzz in other Nissan venues but no one (to my knowledge) has taken the plunge and registered yet. We're working toward getting online registration up. We had hoped to have it done today but the paypal account was originally set up as a tax-exempt years ago and we're trying to get that undone.

I think we got your's. He e-mailed me a list the other day. I'll be working all day tomorrow on convention stuff

Is the early bird registration still available? Also does the car have to have a cage and proper safety harness? Or can we run stock interior?

Is there going to be any kind of extension?

I will say this... technically the early bird is closed. If you e-mail me ASAP at with all of your information (full name, full address, car info, and run group) I will honor the early-bird as long as you get your check to us in a reasonably timely manner (not 2 weeks). As soon as I get the online registration up and running which is probably this weekend, early-bird will be no more.

Who all followed thru and paid in on this? I'll start - and don't even think of putting your name on the list unless you have ALREADY sent your monies in.
